  1. Yes! It’s hard, but this is the only way to heal from the trauma – – – live in the present. I recently read that in a book about mindfulness and healing PTSD. It said something like ‘healing can only happen NOW – not in the future (anxiety/worry) and not in the past (it’s over / regret).
